Kristie Stewart founded LillieKat Rugs to provide clients with the highest quality textiles for close to wholesale prices. Named after Kristie's two daughters, LillieKat Rugs is a carefully curated collection of one-of-a-kind rugs from around the world.
All rugs are one-of-a-kind. Therefore, we do not carry different sizes of the same rug.
To the best of our ability, we try to capture the colors of our rugs in our photographs. However, rugs will look different in different lighting situations.
Wear, variations in color, etc. are not considered defects in our rugs due to the nature of vintage rugs. Contact us if you would like to see more photos of any rug.

Our Store Policy
0-3 Days: Eligible for a Full Refund
3-14 Days: Eligible for a Return for Store Credit
14+ Days: Not eligible for refund or return
We offer approvals on all rugs by request at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds If you would like to return your purchase for a full refund, it must be within 3 days of receiving your purchase. After 3 days, we can offer a return for store credit, but you are no longer eligible for a full refund. However, after 14 days of receiving your purchase, you are no longer eligible for a return at all. Returns You are eligible for a return for store credit within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All sales are final after the 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: if any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
