Rugs ship in 1-2 days from order placement and are delivered within 2-4 days after shipping.

0-3 Days: Eligible for a Full Refund
3-14 Days: Eligible for a Return for Store Credit
14+ Days: Not eligible for refund or return
Please note we charge a $35 restocking fee for all returns.
A rug is deemed final sale if it is purchased and then shipping is asked to be held by LillieKat Rugs for 0-14 days.
If you would like to return an item, please reach out to Kristie directly for shipping information. You can reach her by phone at (205) 936-0265 or by email at info@lilliekatrugs.com. Once return has been confirmed by Kristie, item must be shipped within 1 business day.
You can return your purchase for a full refund within three days of receiving your purchase as long as the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. After three days, we can offer a return for store credit, but you are no longer eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, the sale is considered final, and we cannot offer a refund or a store credit for your purchase.
To complete your return, contact us at info@lilliekatrugs.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm receipt and refund approval status. If your refund is approved, then a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you were approved for a refund but haven’t seen it come through, first contact your credit card company and/or your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have not received your refund within seven business days of your return, please contact us at: info@lilliekatrugs.com.
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will vary. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Approvals
New arrivals are not available to be taken on approval until Wednesdays at 7am CST.
All other inventory is able to be taken on approval with a completed credit card authorization form. The approval window is 3 three days from date of receipt. You are responsible for shipping costs both ways. We ship approvals with UPS and will send you a return label for returns.
